Living in Paradise
August 20, 2022It was my pleasure to meet Yollanda and Samantha from the beginning to the end like kindergarten. so lovely, amazing and helpful. They walked me through the property, made me feel like I was already part of the community. Wound recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm welcoming community. September 12, 2021The Promenade is a great place to call home. Not having family in the state I know I can count on the office staff to help me with any problems I may encounter. Maintenance responds quickly. Safety is a top priority to me and I’ve never had a problem. Neighbors are quiet and polite. Lived there two years
July 9, 2019This “gated” community is a complete waste of your time. They have been working on roofs for over a year now. Very disruptive and many shady people around. I had packages stolen on many occasions. The apartments are outdated and every single appliance we had, had to be replaced or fixed during the duration of our lease. They raise the rent significantly every year and tack on extra fees. The valet trash was maybe picked up a hand full of times. Extremely disappointed in the move out process. ...Don’t even give this place your time of day. Beware.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth it
December 20, 2015Not nearly worth 1100/month. We've had fire alarm issues and lost packages. The most frustrating experience was when I got hit with a $125 late fee for one day (10 hours) late on rent. Now, the gate has been stuck open all night for weeks; second time this has happened. Not to mention, my car as well as some others were broken into this fall in the parking lot. Can't imagine that leaving the gate open is preventing that from happening again.Review from Apartments.com

Love it!
August 12, 2015My roommate and I love living here. It is so pet-friendly, but still CLEAN! The amenities are great, the buildings are well maintained, and the office and maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly! We moved from another Northland property to the Promenade and couldn't be happier. Both locations were always above expectations. We have had a few ant problems, but after a couple or terro traps being set out nothing to complain about! I would recommend living here for people of all ages!Review from Apartments.com
Unacceptable
August 16, 2013This apartment complex is horrible. The neighborhood looks nice and it is a nice location, but it's not worth it. The office staff for the most part is incredibly rude. The property manager is condescending. People don't pick up after their animals all the time and without evidence they accuse the wrong people of stuff that is complained about. My friend lived there for a year and constantly had ants all over the apartment, when asked if they could do something about it they initially refused but ...then sprayed the apartment. Neighborhood Community
August 19, 2013Not only did I rent here once, but twice! I leased originally for a 12 month lease term and at the end of my lease our rent was raised, we were pretty upset at the time and moved out to a less expensive community. (The old saying... "You get what you pay for" stands true) We hated our new community so much that we broke our lease and moved back to The Promenade for a 2nd time.
