Últimamente son un fiasco,tienes que poner tus reclamos varias veces para que lo resuelvan,hoy llamé emergencia y ya son 4 horas de eso y aún no llegan y no creo que lleguen pues ya no contestan, esta cayendo agua del techo de mi cocina y ya se cayó parte del techo,ahora pues fososamente tendré esperar para mañana.Son un fiasco.

Roaches & Promises that cannot be kept

The issues with these apartments are endless and I am completely disgusted.Infested with roaches. I woke up to 4 huge cockroaches in my bathtub and was so mortified, I couldn't take a shower. I had to go to a near by gym and shower there, making me late for work. I asked if they could have the bathroom fumigated by the time I came home, they told me I would have to wait. I WANT OUT. They also do not keep their word.

The manager is a really nice lady. The noise level is okay, but they don't have good parking spaces for residents and when it comes to fixing things in your apartment it normally take a awhile for them to come and/or don't get done right.
