    It is very old and quiet apartment. Office is closed most of the time unless you have appointment. If anything goes wrong in your apartment, you need wait long to have it fixed, it is usually a few days to a few weeks. They will also charge additional fee for water and trash in addition of your normal rent.

    I've lived at Quail Creek Apartments going on four years. Like most homes, it has its up and downs. I feel like for what I pay for a one bedroom apartment would get me a much nicer and more updated apartment elsewhere. However, it's a great location. You get to pretty much any spot in Lawrence in 10 minutes. There is maintenance available 24 hours (Only for serious issues, like your ceiling leaking;which was taken care of within 24 hours. There isn't much parking, however there is one reserved ...
