March 16, 2022Very happy with my decision to move to the Quimby- good quality living space with great amenities in a key location for Caltrain. Easy move in process and responsive staff although only downside so far is technological issues with key fob and front door access. March 16, 2022Quimby, unfortunately the property is not well managed. Cleanliness of the communal area is sub-standard - including their star attraction, the club room. The BBQ of the club room is dirty. The air filter needs to be replaced owing to the construction activity outside the complex. The pathways outside of the complex was last seen infested with ants...
