The The court yard is well maintained & they have picnic tables with onsite bareguwpits for the enjoyment of the tenant. I am very impressed that the tenentenants adherevto all the rules of the complex enabling us to enjoy peace and tranquility. Other amenities that they offer their tenant is the have a ramp room that tenants can discard unwanted furniture items and they will get it off the premises for you. They also have a donation closing bin for unwanted clothing's. In other word you do not have to leave you comlext to declutter, you just have to take it to the basement. This is excellent for elderly & handicap. If something is broken in your apartment it is fix in an expeditious manner. The location is fabulous it is 5 mins from Rahway train station. The postnofficevis across the street, municipal building is right next to the complex, along with a great Library and a recreational center. It is also located in a performing arts community because it has two fabulous performing arts center within walking distance. The complex provides two amazing tenants appreciated BBQ twice a year. Every three years you are entitled to have your apartment renovated, meaning, new paint job, new carpets, new blinds, and kitchen upgrade. The complex is not luxury, but they are doing an excellent job in making sure the tenants are happy. I would also like to mention that they have beautiful huge balconies for each apartments and they dfo have cameras vand it keyless entry. Company has to buzz the apartment and get buxzed in. They also have a security guard on duty form 9am to 12 am. I love this apartment and I have no intention to move. They also have free transport that can pick in nonbtraver, handicap, and seniors to take them on various shopping extrusion. I have been laid off an need the
