Absolutely dismal customer service and blatantly rude management team
December 16, 2016If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very difficult to work with and the laws in Arkansas protect the landlord at the expense of the tenant. I am HORRIFIED by the way management spoke to me and acted like I was dumb. Under no circumstances would I recommend signing a lease with this company. Yes, the properties are absolutely beautiful, but that is truly the only positive. If you'd like to be belittled and swindled out of your money, by all means, rent from them.
