When my family and I moved in there was a few repairs that needed to be done. The parking is limited for guest visitors & family especially during the Holidays. I feel that the residential covered parking is a tight fit. Also driving down the street is dangerous due to my experience you should watch out for other vehicles don't pay attention coming out of the driveways or care to slow down driving. The noise level is good except when maintenance uses the blower to spread the dirt & leaves around. ...

Other than all of this it feels safe.
