March 2, 2025The units are good. There was some upgrades done but they are minimal. The rent price is adequate for what is offered in the units since there is no amenities. The area is nice and mostly quiet, good schools around.Review from Apartments.com

November 22, 2024It’s a quiet community for the most part. Close to stores and other necessities. Rent is overpriced because of “upgrades”. No amenities are available.Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2024The new ownership is doing the best they are able with aging infrastructure. Not having an on site manager can be a bit of a hassle at times. New management team (last two months) seems more responsive and willing to listen to suggestions of long term residents.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2024I miss the organization, ability to reach a person when needed and transparency we had for all the years I have been here . We have no bookkeeper, maintenance was fired yet again and no manager . This investment Co. is sadly just that . I have been charged more times than I can count late fees . Also additional fees which i cannot get explained. Just like everybody else you just pay it I would not recommend this company or renting from them at all ever.Property Manager Responded
