Redwood on Maplecrest Positive experience. Great maintence man. Always friendly and easy to talk to. The two car attached garage was a big plus. Ample storage.
The downside was no amenities or upgrades with increased rent. We decided to move when the rent went higher than we could afford. All in all enjoyed living at Redwood and meeting a lot of great people.

This is a nice place to live if you like quiet, one story, and the convenience of an attached garage. Quite a bit of storage for an apartment. Lots of closet space and two full baths and a pantry is a plus. Remember it is an apartment and there are no amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center and a pool. The apartments are pricy and the rent increases at every renewal. It does feel safe to live there and the maintenance man is very receptive to requests. For a supposed first class apartment ...

Maplecrest by Redwood is Fantastic, the 2 bed, 2 full bath, apartment home includes a eat-in kitchen, 2 pantries (1 of them walk in) and the largest I have ever seen, a 2-car garage w/entrance into the kitchen (security conscious), a BIG living room, a den/office (sliding doors to a nice sized patio) w/privacy fence (so neighbor won't snoop). This place was just built and with quality to boot. It is 65% more energy efficient than the government requires. All appliances, furnace, hot water are ...
all energy efficient, walls are 6" thick, with firewalls between homes. It truly is a home and not an apartment, all maintenance is included, and the property landscaping is beautifully maintained. I like the fact that you can't hear your neighbors, it is so quite and my gas bill for the furnace (heat) hasn't been above $31 in the winter and just $11 for summer months. The electric bill with covers lights, hot water, etc. has not run me more the $71 and that includes running air conditioning in the summer. No month has combined utilities be at $100 or over! That says something about the energy efficiency of this place. As the title says it all, just plain FANTASTIC Living in Fort Wayne! You won't go wrong living at Maplecrest by Redwood.
