February 12, 2025Nice apartments & grounds. I would give them 8 out of ten. Nice apartments & community. They could use a dog poop pick up service. Renters tend not to pick up from their pets. Could use more in community get togethers, or have coffee & donuts in the morning for commuters, residents. Need to use the model more for residents parties, coffee & bagels, etc. Maybe get rid of one of the pounds and create a park area, walk track for residents.Property Manager Responded

15 month lease.
March 11, 2024We loved our Apt. Nice having only one floor and plenty of space.. And neighborhood was mostly quiet. What we didn’t care for was all the dust in out place. It was new and was told it was just construction dust in vents. It never changed for 15 months. Changed air filters multiple times and didn’t help. Should have vents cleaned out prior to occupancy. Furnace/AC was very loud and vent right next to TV and had to turn tv up every time it came on. Also, rules seemed to not matter. Speeding was the ...norm not the 12 mph. Trash containers were to be kept in garage and most apts they were left out in front of apts or out by the road. On windy days they were blown around and took weeks before they would get picked up. Trash also seemed to be on the grounds a lot. Management was not great. Made excuses for a lot of issues instead of taking ownership and getting issues corrected. Lanie in the office always helped with any needs and thru the sales process. Then they increase the price 300/month after the first lease. Was time to move.Property Manager Responded
