I’ve leased with Registry at Windsor park for the past year. The property is beautiful- inside the unit (Augusta), as well as the grounds; located near the beach, great restaurants, and shopping! The gym (fully stocked I might add) and other resident amenities are always clean, safe, and easily accessible for residents. I especially appreciated the support of office staff Lena and Holly.

My apartment never gave me any problems and Kaitlyn in the office was always a pleasure and easy to work with. Staff was helpful and cared about my needs. The apartment was spacious with a screened patio and lots of upgrades. There were a lot of workers outside at the tennis court, pool and on the roof. You can see management is working to keep this place nice.

These apartments are PERFECTLY located on the East side of Jax. 10min from Jax Beach ocean waters and a great music community. 10min from a fantastic Town Center for shopping. 30min into downtown Jacksonville which boasts a strong banking and insurance business for great job opportunities and a wonderful city of the arts. Within an hour of St Augustine *voted one of 10best holiday destination in the world!

A great pool area and gym are complimented by the amazing property management who are exceptional in efficiency and good spirit.
The neighbors are wonderful and the flora and fauna that surround this beautiful space make it a PERFECT apartment!
