Trashy. Literally.
April 24, 2024No recycling is offered. Garbage everywhere. The pool has been closed for 2+ years. Dozens of cats lurk around because the residents feed them. No dog waste stations. Entrance/exit gates are broken so anyone can drive right in. Buildings are infested with termites and cockroaches.Review from Apartments.com
Not good place to buy
November 14, 2023The pool is shut down for years.The fence along 127th street is 80% rotten and falling down. To much junk behind the units. Very hard to get anything repaired.Very slow response when talking to the property management.Gates do not close and one has been closed or year.Review from Apartments.com
