I love the Residence, any time I submit a maintenance request they are quick to take care of it and do the job well. During this last ice storm I needed new drywall, paint and carpet padding and they took care of it within a week and an half and even shampood my carpets when everything was done. They go above and beyond. The office staff is always lovely and eager to help whenever I call!

I am a current resident and when I first applied to move here the staff was very professional & nice. Now it is a year later and I still have nothing bad to say about the staff, maintenance, and area. During these hard times management & their staff had been more than patient, very helpful, showed care and concern, never not one time pressured me or threaten me about being behind after losing some of my income, my car, and whole lot of other things to go along with that. They even called to ...

check on me during these times not even asking for dime to make sure I was okay. Now if you want genuine people that really care, safe place to stay, and just good people this is the place to be!! They Are Awesome and I am very grateful to have and be apart of this community!

Living at the Residence at North Penn was a wonderful experience. We lived right by the pool, and maybe three times in the year and a few months we lived there did we have issues with noise (which in my book is superb). The maintenance workers did a wonderful job fixing any issues we had in the first couple of days moving in. Despite living here during COVID, the workers did their best to keep us updated, make rent payments accessible, and fix any issues that were experienced. They even extended ...

our lease for a few months at no extra charge when my partner lost his job! A great place to live with beautiful apartments in an awesome part of town. I always wait until the move out process is finished to write reviews, and there were no ridiculous charges or shifty business. Just honest office workers trying to make residences lives easier!

I saw this apartment complex had a low rating and wanted to add a truthful comment from a recently relocated occupant. We lived in a one bedroom apartment for 13 months. We did not have any issues that the apartment management or maintenance delayed to address. The staff were always courteous and professional. I highly recommend the apartments for singles, single-parent families, and anyone wanting to live in the Edmond area. If I ever need to move back into an apartment, I will look here first.

Travonia and Kandace were both extremely helpful with the video tour of the apartment, as well as helping with applying for the apartment later. The maintenance staff has so far been very friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are all great! The amenities are wonderful, and this is my favorite apartment I've had so far.
