    My experience here was overwhelmingly positive! I moved out to Massachusetts and picked this apartment online because it was the best price, and it deserves the great ratings it has on every apartment rating website. Maintenance was very efficient--one time my hot water heater was broken and they rushed to fix it by the end of the day, even though I forgot to submit my request until late. The office staff is incredibly helpful; Stacy is very professional and knows her stuff, but also Quyen and ...

    We are retired and wanted to downsize form a large home to an apartment where others could do the maintenance. Nervously we looked at many apartments and very happily settled here. The 2 bdrm apt. is very spacious with a balcony that looks out to beautiful trees. We have 2 full bathrooms and the best part is 2 huge walk-in closets! The apt. also comes with a washer and dryer. We also have a garage which we really needed after all the winter snow.. The complex has a variety of people, older like ...
    ourselves and families. It is quiet and peaceful here and we love it. The staff is exceptional always pleasant and helpful anything we need is taken care on immediately and professionally. The manager adds many beautiful touches to make the complex look special. I highly recommend the Residences at Westborough Station.
