Car Theft no cameras!!!
October 22, 2024My car was stolen from in front of my building. There are no cameras over here. They did not even say, "We're sorry your car got stolen." However, they told me that even if I were scared, I would have to pay $1000 to break my lease. I have only been over here for three months and only had my car for two months. They also did not tell any neighbors. I put signs up all over the complex to warn everyone! Stay awayProperty Manager Responded

STAY AWAY
January 28, 2020Very poorly maintained, trash everywhere, loud community, dirty pools and laundry facilities. There is rust and mold in the apartments and complaints of bedbugs that they charge you to get rid of; very old. The website needs to be updated to reflect the amenities they no longer have.Property Manager Responded

Needs Work
June 17, 2017Arrowood Crossing does need a lot of work. The rental rates are just under what other apartments in the area charge but not so low that they can't maintain the community and the rental units better. They are outdated and the breezeways and community areas are not well maintained. They also should consider a trash compactor instead of dumpsters that attract critters and smell bad.Review from Apartments.com
