I lived here for 6 years. I only moved to be closer to my new job. The layouts are great. Lots of storage. The property recently went through an upgrade - Paint, roof, etc and apartments are being renovated as people move out. It is on the Trinity Trail and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I found it a clean and quiet complex. The office and maintenance people are very responsive. I would recommend this complex.

I love this apartment! It is located within easy reach of grocery stores and malls with direct access onto the Trinity River Trails. The apartment itself has large windows for great lighting, a really nice kitchen area relative to most other apartments in the area, and good sized open porches. And the community is gated with an amazing office staff.

After being a resident of River Park Place for almost 12 years, I have never lived in a place that makes me feel like I'm truly a valued resident like the staff does here . The apartments are beautiful and spacious, but management is the added bonus because of their generosity. If you're looking for a great place to raise a family, share with a roommate, or even live alone, I wouldn't suggest anywhere else but River Park Place Apartments in Fort Worth Texas where you get more than just a ...
