Met some nice people in the building and the security guards are amazing to chat with ,also make you feel comfortable and safe!!wish we still had the movie room though

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking with them. They hold events, like bingo and smore's, which are fun to participate in. I haven't met a resident yet, who hasn't been very friendly and polite. The maintenance people are always friendly and courteous. And anytime we've put in a maintenance request, it has always been taken care of in a very timely manner. Truly enjoy living here.

It was slow and I got a lot with things in y apartment but its a nice place o live. My patio face the boats that light up also the water. it's a beautiful view. The building just needs to be cleaner. The leasing agent was very nice. So I think I will be okay as long as they fix the things in my apartment

Alexa is SUPER sweet and helpful. She's made our move in very smooth. We are in an unrenovated unit since it was the only thing available for when we needed to move, but the views are pretty great!

This is a great apartment complex and management is amazing to work with no complaints I am so glad I get to meet so many new people that are friendly and welcoming it’s like one big home I’m glad I have the opportunity to call this place home
