I have been searching for an apartment for two months. I have called and searched and it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Until I spoke with Mary at River Trace apartments.
From the very first call, Mary was so kind and patient. She made sure I knew everything about their beautiful apartments, took the time to answer every one of my questions and even gave me a tips on how to find out when an apartment was available. Following her tips I happened on an available unit ...
that night and filled out an application. Mary was so kind to call me to review my application.
Not even one of the other apartments I have spoken with did that. I don’t know if I will qualify or not for one of their beautiful units. If I don’t, I will be sad because dealing with Mary and River Trace has been such a wonderful experience.

I have lived here for nearly a year and cannot say enough good things about it! It is very normal apartment style living as the walls aren’t super thick and occasionally you can hear neighbors or people in the hallways.
You have to join the interest list online way in advance but it is definitely worth looking in to.
Odalys in the office is one of the nicest people around. She answers any questions that I have and is always quick to respond. She is also very understanding.

is one of the best people. I have had a few maintenance requests and he takes care of them so quickly and they are always done properly with him!

Much like any other apartment complex. Most of the time it'starts fairly quiet, sometimes you can hear outside conversations and playing/screaming kids - that's the way it is in apartment complexes. If you have any problems, all you have to do is call or submit a work order online and it usually gets fixed same day. Parking can be an issue sometimes, visitor parking gets filled often and some cars are pretty much permanently in the same visitor spot, I assume because they are living here not on ...
the lease and do not want to be towed. If you do not have a resident sticker and park in a spot that is not a visitor spot you will be towed, and it will cost $200 plus a few hours to get it back. High deposits if you want pets, but that is the case with almost all complexes.

These low income housing units rival my daughter's up-scale, fancy apartment nearby! She has a gated entrance, pool, great unit maintenance, large rooms, lanai, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. So do I. However, I have never heard sounds from either the apt beneath me or alongside me. My daughter can hear her neighbors talking! The pest control, water and sewer, are provided for me. I would have to say the parking here is difficult, but for about half of what my daughter pays for a ...
