Rude and Un-empathetic staff.

The staff can be very rude, no form of empathy and they are just after the rent and not your happiness! They can be nice when you go for tour or enquiry but are mean once you make your payment. I have had issues that have been pending since move-in, they keep saying issues have been resolved and when I called to complain, the staff made it seem like I was disturbing them since the issues are not emergency! for more than a month? I never envisaged this. The worst is the customer service, don't ...

We moved in few days ago, the air conditioning works few hours at time. We called the office but always came hours later, and after fixed, the air conditioner quit working in a few hours again, You can imagine what a difficult time we had in hot Dallas summer, especially when sleeping. Maintenance came to our apartment three times, the last time, the maintenance guy told us to call emergency maintenance at once if the air conditioner stops working but chad told us to call the office, he said the ...
emergency number is the same as office number after office hour. We called that number several times but There is no option for emergency maintenance if called after hours. Horrible customer service.

Leasing agents not welcoming nor professional

I just came in seeking leasing information the young lady came up and and asked my price range and began looking at her availability. Never once asked my name nor what I was looking for, also explained they have nothing to show because they're fully occupied. I really was interested but I will continue my search . I can imagine the type of service i would get if the leasing agent acts like she doesn't enjoy her job.

Home sweet home

I've been here for three years now. The office managers that were here previously weren't very nice. But there has been a ownership change since June. The leasing office is much nicer. Maintenance is very quick to fix things. We have onsite security day and evening to watch the grounds for riff raff. Their doing renovations of the place and we all received new gate keys and they done away with codes, so they couldn't be passed around or shared.
