Good apartments at a great location!

Do you want to live downtown(ish) without paying downtown(not ish) prices? Welcome to Roanoke Terrace! This is a great little complex. There's on-site laundry, and you will be within walking distance of many restaurants, several bus lines, and the light rail. As for the apartments themselves, I had a little corner apartment. The kitchen was small, but serviceable and appeared to have been renovated fairly recently, with good quality appliances. The living room and bedroom were both fairly ...
spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, and doesn't have a lot of power outlets, but it worked well enough. Really, this is just a great little property if you want modern, centralized living at a great price. Seriously, you aren't going to find much better for a one-bedroom apartment at the north end of downtown. So move in already!
