Nice to look at, but thin walls and ceilings

DO NOT CHOOSE BUILDING 15. The apartment itself is fine but the way building 15 is built is not good. My neighbors on the 3rd floor routinely stomps around their apartment. It’s a bunch of guys living up there so I’m thinking they have bunk beds? Every morning someone literally slams on the floor which startles me out of my sleep every morning. My kids are having a hard time concentrating with their e-learning because these guys come and leaves in twos, stomps up and down the stairs, and we can ...

hear it inside our apartment. Whatever they’re doing in their apartment (sounds like they’re running back and forth), is so hard and loud, my lights and stove shakes. It is SO loud. And we suffer this throughout the day, all day because they come and go all day. My kids and I nerves are on edge because of all of the stomping and banging every , single day, all day. It’s so loud, it’s even recordable. Yes, I have a recording of the stomping. I’m an ER Nurse, and my girls are 13 and 15. We’re not loud and try to be considerate neighbors, but this is nerve wracking. Maintenance guys are nice, they do have a 2 day turn around time. Otherwise, the apartment looks nice. Management is good. The girls in the office are always nice. Just don’t choose building 15.

i have lived at this complex in a one bedroom for a year and a half and am now living in a two bedroom for going on six months. i’ve never had an issue. any issues that i’ve called in were resolved quickly. management and maintenance have always been pleasant to work with. anytime i’ve visited the pool(s), they’re clean. i’ve seen reviews mentioning roaches? people commonly mistake roaches for water bugs and there’s a large difference between the two. roaches are small and come from ...

uncleanliness/infestation. water bugs are a product of the surrounding environment. i’ve seen water bugs a couple times but we do live in an area where they’re common. pest control comes to spray on what i assume are scheduled dates. but i’ve never seen actual roaches. the only complaint i have is probably parking. there’s almost always a spot around the area i live in so it’s not that bad. walking just a tad further isn’t gonna hurt anything. but i have noticed on weekends, parking does get a little more difficult/full. again, my overall experience here has been pleasant and don’t truly don’t understand why the reviews i see are so negative. i love it.

My roommate and I began experiencing issues with cockroaches a couple months after we moved in. We called the front office to have pest control handle the situation, but after several weeks of that, the problem persisted. It has now been months that we have had to live with cockroaches all inside our apartment with no solution from the apartment. I lived here for 2 years. I must say, it was a pretty smooth and easy experience. Office staff was always helpful when I needed anything, maintenance was quick, the walls were actually the best sound absorbing I've ever had in an apt or... I had the quietest neighbors ever. the amenities were always working. I had a little misunderstanding upon my move out and Heather in the office was very quick to address my concerns and resolve it. I really don't know why the low reviews... it was a great experience all the way around! I would absolutely rent there again. It was simply my job that took me away. Oh and I should say, I felt everything about it exceeded my expectations for the price.

This property is slowly going down hill. We had an infestaion of millipedes that the complex felt was not important. And I would not bother cleaning the apartment at move out as they will charge you for cleaning anyway. Manager is less than helpful for anything that does not involve collecting money.

I love where I live, the leasing office is awesome!! They are always helping you out when problems arise with your apartment. The maintenance workers are great too, very nice and cordial. The location is great because everything is right across the street. Residents here are nice and are always saying hi!!

love the apartments we live in. Staff here is always very helpful and they always remember who you are. Any time we have had any issue, it gets taken care of that same day or the following day. If you ever rented before, you know that is unheard of.
