October 30, 2019IF YOU CAN MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The new management sucks. The new office personnel sucks. The new maintenance staff sucks. Beware,The apartments have mold, are roach infested, and poorly managed. There is No storage space or closets. The grounds can get quite dirty, and the dumpster overflows. Once upon a time the complex was under different management with a sweet lady who worked in the office (Gisela). The complex even offered trash valet which they got rid of! The ...only positive thing I can say about this complex is that it’s small. They are partnered with a wrecker company and management goes around stalking your cars and tagging them with threats to be towed. Total pests to the residents. Will put a late fee/evection notice on your door with haste, but will take forever to come and fix broken things in your apartment. PLEASE, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2016I see a few of you have had bad experiences but I haven't. As far as management goes i haven't had a problem yet. She's very warm and welcoming. Very prompt and eager to help. September 15, 2016The new property owners must do not want to keep residents at this location. The new manager has a horrible attitude. Based on the website I see I am not the only person who think she is terrible. This location is always changing owners and managers with out any notification. In any instance when one deals with the public interpersonal skills are a must. The property manager lacks just that. I called the location no answer so I decided to stop by and check on availability. I pull up the manager ...is sitting at her desk with her cell phone letting the office phone ring. I will not consider renting at this property and fellow residents will be leaving also. My understanding the manager only wants to evict individuals and she is not taking care of her responsibility. She needs to be evicted out of the front office. Overly disgusted with the owners decision to have management with that type of attitude.Property Manager Responded

Not what it use to be
July 21, 2016Have seen many managers come and go. The gate is always broken and open and the parking lot is dark and dangerous. They never keep the parking lot lights on and there are dark walking areas that should be lit. When I moved here that was one things I admired about the complex. That it was clean, quiet and secured and the office manager was nice and available, but she did not last long.Even Gisela I thought be around but since the flood, the new office manger, im not so sure about. She is not so ...nice. Kind o regret not leaving when the flood hit. May not renew my lease. There use to be social meetings in the office to meet your neighbors and openly speak of these concerns but not any more. Sometimes you can catch people just hanging in the parking lot.....Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2016This location can never keep a good manager. Recently after the flood management has changed and the lady is not a friendly individual to rent from. Instead of asking how can she help she stares at you or will be on her personal phone not acknowledging you. She needs to be replaced immediately. This location is very pricey for their poor maintenance repairs and will lie just to get you off their back. The area is not a good area for the price of this location. I recommend to pass this location ...by. The flood repairs have old appliciances being installed on top of mold. The poor management and unfriendly appearance is worth a broken lease.Property Manager Responded
