August 21, 2015Rolling hills avenue is a place that welcome everyone irrespective of racial sentiments.The tenants respect the dignity of each other.The management is very prompt with tenants complains and work around the clock to satisfy all.The environment is clean and very inviting.Thanks to Fairfax County Police whose suevilence makes the area very safe to live and raise kids.The rent is very affordable and will always recommend friends to join us and have a piece of mind.Review from Apartments.com
Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.
July 21, 2015The rental office staff is SO helpful and friendly. My one-bedroom apt with patio is larger than most I've seen. Two large walk-in closets, large living/dining room area. Kitchen is just the right size. Bedroom is large and quiet. The pool is nice and clean. Playground and grill area is safe and brightly lit. Neighbors are friendly and we all watch out for each other. Property is off of Rte 1. Mt Vernon and Ft Belvoir is a quick drive in one direction. Old Town Alexandria and DC are a quick ...drive in the other direction. Costco, Walmart and other great shopping within walking distance. This is not luxury apt living, this is practical living and I love it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
