I'm a teacher and coach in DallasISD. I have lived in Rolling Meadows Apartments over five years. For the price, area, on and customer service; a scale of 1-10 I give Rolling Meadows Apartments a 10. Their customer Service is remarkable and top-notch. I highly recommend Rolling Meadows Apartments to a single person or large family.

My vehicle was picked up from rolling meadows, as I was visiting a family member my vehicle was parked in the guest parking and my vehicle still got towed on this Friday night. Very unprofessional of them to tow vehicles on the guest area. Towing company turned around and said it didint have a visitor sign.
When in the guest area should it have a visitor sign? Don't encourage you to get in these apartments if you will risk getting vehicle parked in "guest side" and then family would not be able ...
to visit comfortably.

These apartments have horrible maintenance, they often have AC problems. They will you let you a week without AC when outside is 100F, and if you try to call and complain they wont answer the phone, or if you go personally to the office they wont open the door. Horrible maintenance, and no hot water night.
