I've lived at Rose Garden Townhouses for a substantial amount of time. Prior to FPI purchasing the property in 2019, I had no complaints; however, things have substantially gone down hill since they took over. The on-site manager is a JOKE and hands down the WORST out of all of her predecessors; and she not only REFUSES to do her job as it relates to the benefit of the community, but flat out IGNORES tenant concerns.(I won't even get started on how lazy maintenance is.) This is a HUD subsidized ...
property; and due to the deplorable condition of some units, we failed more than one governmental inspection in 2019; and because of that, I thought that the place was going to be be shut down. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time applying to live here because there are MUCH better low-income options out there.
