Terrible landlords

We lived here for a year, within the first week our apartment ceiling bubbled up and water went everywhere. I called them and we got "well try to send someone over tonight" next day they came and put hot tar on the roof, they did this multiple times before FINALLY calling roofers to fix the roof. All while we had a hole in our ceiling it took 6 months to fix an emergency fix. Then after that they just put plaster on the hole and painted over it. No removing the boards or dry wall or anything. ...

Just plaster and paint and called it good. And may I add we had an infant at the time too. So you know mold and moisture building up in the walls. They're literally the worst landlords I recommend NOT RENTING from them. If I could give them zero stars I would and I wish I could add pictures.

I did not live here but the interaction I had with the manager was horrible. He's very stingy and wanted $2/app. He also said that he "put up the wrong price" for the app fee when I questioned it's increased price. He also does not reply to texts and never answers phone calls unless you call multiple times. Gave out info about a non-existent open house. Overall bad experience. Manager is very stingy and is hard to get a hold of.
