June 15, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comPeople getting killed , mold in the closet from the leaking AC unit. Water leaking from the ceiling, roaches crawling all in my dinner. Maintenance staff would not fix anything, I would not advise anyone to move into Royal Ponciana Place Apartments.

August 3, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comROACHES EVERYWERE KIDS OUT OF CONTROL TRASH ON GROUND GRABAGES FILLED EVERYDAY STOMPING EVERYNIGHT WEED SMOKERS IM NOT REALLY THE PICKY TYPE BUT BEFORE I MOVED IN THIS SEEMED TO BE A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD NOW MY KIDS CANT GO OUTSIDE TO ENJOY THERE SELF BECAUSE THERE'S ALWAYS SHOOTING AND FIGHTING PEOPLE TALKING LOUD ALL NIGHT SLEEPLESS NIGHTS I PRAY TO GOD THAT THIS IS REAL I REALLY NEED HELP THANKS AND ADVICE GOD BLESS

August 2, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comIf you have kids, this is the perfect place to live. The staff is very family oriented and are very helpful. Apartments are very affordable! Everything is in walking distance including bus routes, grocery stores, schools and highways! Family attractions such as Rapids and the Palm beach outlets are less than 20 minutes away. Management is always available when I have questions. Large play area for kids with pool and basketball court. A place your family will love!
