    I was looking for an affordable place to live in Austin that also had a lot of space and definitely found it. From the beginning the staff was very friendly even during this time, we went on a self guided tour (which I'm happy they offered). I had many questions about the apartment and leasing and the staff was very friendly and patient as I am new to Austin. When moving in there were some maintenance issues but they came within 48hrs and fixed all issues we had been having. I can tell upgrades ...
    have been but parts of the apartment are a little outdated. Overall, I'd recommend living here its cozy and dog friendly!

    When choosing an apartment remember to consider what is important whetting next the staff, property maintenance etc. Originally I sought a bigger space leaving a comfortable one. It was not a great choice however I’m working on making it a better one. Yes it’s bigger, lavish and for the most part comfortable however this property has been here a while and I think it could do much better than they have. For example: it is hard to contact the office. Maintenance can be frustrating when not fully ...

    Beware when you are moving out of this place, because the tow service will wait patiently any chance to tow your vehicle and ruin your day. And they don't return your money. The administration doesn't care or helps.
