The pool has been closed for almost 3 years now. Since the cooperation was changed, the club house has also been closed for 3 years (a little before the pool closed). The grass, plants, and trees are not trimmed. And there's lots of dog poop and trash in the grass and everywhere in general. Another major problem is that they are constantly increasing the rent. Each month you have until the 5th to pay rent and until the 3rd to give a personal check. After the 3rd, personal checks are not accepted ...
and you need to pay with a money order.
