Great property!! Minor complaints only!

I’ll start with the minor complaints. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the complex for you! It is located right underneath the path for plans coming in and out of Sky Harbor. During the busy hours, planes are heard every 5-10 minutes. They are loud enough to where conversation has to pause while the planes are flying over on the patio. In the interior, the planes are heard but they are not a disturbance. My only other complaints are even more minor, occasionally the handle to the ...
master bathroom will fall off and other small issues of the like will crop up. However, maintenance is fast and quick to address issues. Now for the pros! And there are many. The units themselves feel high quality, nothing in the apartment feels ‘cheap’. Our AC/Power has never gone out during the year we have lived here. The community is gorgeous with large trees, green grass and newly planted flowers! The complex is close to ASU and downtown tempe. Walking there would take some time but using those electric scooters has always been our go-to. Tempe town lake is a mile long walk away. The management is very kind and seem to truly care about their tenants. Overall, if you are like us and can get used to the sound of planes overhead, I highly recommend this complex to students, families, retirees... anyone!

Location is awesome

The location of these apartments is great!! Close to freeways, ASU and all attractions. The staff is friendly and very helpful in case you need to address anything. Spacious floor plans and very large balconies.

Family Friendly Neighborhood

These spacious apartments offer a warm environment both inside and out. Centrally located between three major cities, they offer a perfect place if you need to catch the metro. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but this family friendly neighborhood makes up for it in activities. Close to schools, shopping and the night life fun of Mill Avenue. We're also close enough to walk to the Tempe Beach Park and only a short drive from The Phoenix Zoo. We have a great pool, and maintenance is helpful ...
and friendly. We're also part of a local crime watch, and that keeps me feeling safe as a parent.

best apartment ever!! walking distance to ASU & Mill Ave....neighbors are all quiet usually young professionals or older college students!! wish they would update the stove and fridge though they are a bit outdate but for the price and location they are amazing

Good complex becoming overpriced

I have lived in Salado Springs for several years; however, the recent rate hike and current rate for new residents is high for the apartment and the area. It used to be a great place to live for someplace quiet, clean, and affordable; but the new monthly rate is overpriced for the age of the appliances and for there to be carpeting throughout. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and have solved general maintenance problems quickly. I will miss it when I move.
