Apartment manager changes apartment rules to target specific tenants, then sends out warning letters before tenants can read the new regulations. Poorly maintained. At least 10 water heaters have failed this winter, 3 apartments flooded over Xmas, and they had to pay for their own moves. Dogs are aggressive and often off-leash. Staff never answer the phone. If an appliance breaks down, you may be without that appliance for a month waiting for a replacement. There is a reason there are so many vacancies and the prices are so low near the Domain.
