Poorly built and no communication from management

I am currently living in my second unit in the complex, and I m counting down the days until my lease ends. My first unit was under construction for 3/4 of the year and my balcony was not usable the entire year— at one point I didn’t even have any railings, but about 1/2 the year I had wooden saw horses propped against the walls where railing should be.

At some point, I got removed from the mass email list mid-lease and ended up not receiving an email updating the parking policies, which resulted in a guest having to pay $75 for a boot removal service. It took 3 weeks for management to get back to me, and I never got a straight answer. 15 months in and I could not be more unhappy with every aspect of this management company.
