Quiet and Close to My job

I like it here. My neighbors are quiet. The manager keeps the noise down and the problems out. We ain't got no trash everywhere. I can sleep at night knowing it's safe here.

The new Landlord that lives on site here has promised to give me my deposit. Moved out 6/1/20 it is now 3/17/2001. She keeps dodging my calls and turns me away. No letter as to why I can’t have my money. I’ve decided let small claims court take over.

We rented an apt that was "move in ready". WOW! I don't think the owner knows what move in ready stand's for. Before we moved in one piece of furniture in, The night we got the keys to our apt. The vanity in the bathroom collapsed to the floor. We called the owner. He told us to fix it and take it off the rent. We ended up putting about $2,000. out of our own pocket before we could even move in. The owner refused to refund our money so we we were stuck with this Apt. The owner refuses to fix ...

anything. I can't get Renters Insurance, they said that i'm a claim waiting to happen. . Slum Lords should have to bring there property up to code or have there property taken from them. My husband and I are disabled can not afford to move again. Everyone deserves a decent place to live. No matter what your income is.
