There were multiple things to service in my apartment and they were able to complete them all in one request. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Consistent and Well Kept Santana Terrace is a well kept newer complex that caters to professionals or seniors who are looking for a quiet environment that has just enough amenities to be comfortable. Generally a nice place to stay. This is a small apartment community that is quiet and maintained well. There are the usual challenges such as noise from neighbors above you but it is within the norm of apartment living. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and promptly. There is a need to keep the public walk ways inside of the complex more clean. The walk ways used to be spotless, but over the last year this has changed, It is still acceptable but it was so nice in the past it is ...
hard not to notice. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a newer place, close to the “Row” and Valley Fair but without the challenges of being so close to the noise and retail.
