AC IS ALWAYS DOWN, Jenifer, the manager is never available and doesn’t return any calls. My AC HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 3 days and she has not responded at all! This is a monthly thing! The office staff will not follow through, ruby is very rude

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I am beyond happy with the Apartment I have and the Community, if something is not working, they fix it ASAP and if they cannot right away it because they must order something. The management is awesome. I have never had any issues with the management team that they have not found a fix for me, so a 5 stars guys keep up the excellent work.

I would give less if i could. The property management company, any time you ask a question, will either ignore you or act like you are some sort of criminal for asking completely reasonable things, like when the chimney was last swept, when you can expect your deposit back, what should you do if you have the same guest three days in a row (since they have to register to park or risk getting towed from the free spots). The apartment had cockroaches when I moved in, and was filthy. They charged ...

cleaning fees for an ESA, non negotiable in the lease without telling you the amount. They are rude and raise the rent without making any improvements to the property, and by a margin that far outpaces inflation mine went up by 14%, and that was just the rent, there are other fees that also increased. Also, this isn't specifically their fault, but the trash get picked up at like 2 am. I've lived all over the country and the world, and never encountered more unreasonable and rude people than this company. Do yourself a favor and do not move here.

Very nice, quite, safe and clean property. The neighbors are polite and helpful. The management is exceptional and professional. I must mention the name of Mary, who took care of all my service requests in time and I found her always eager to help. I moved in to my apartment last month and I like it, very spacious and organized.

Hi My name is Sunny Patel and I've been living at Sapphire almost a year now. My story is that the community is great and it's gated. But the best is the staff who is willing to go above and beyond to help out there fellow residents. Alexis and Mary helped my wife and I out so much. In the middle of these lease my wife got really sick and we realized it's because of the environment we were living in (Trees, carpet ect..) So we talked to Alexis the Manager and she listened to our need for help ...

and right away she got started and by the following month she got us into a renovated apartment without carpet, no charges for switching and she even got the ducts cleaned for us since she knew my wifes condition. Overall they went well above and beyond what they had to make sure we had a healthy and comfortable place to live. I highly recommend it because you don't get this kind of help. It's like family here! :)

If you want people to rudely stare at you when you walk or drive by, live here!

I wish I could say it was a pleasant stay, but in the end, I am more than happy to have left. The extra charges don't help either. Thanks, but no thanks. The roaches, sinking counters(Which we got blamed for), neighbors up at all hours of the night being loud. Want people to live here without having them live here.
