Not move in ready, Leaks and Termites
November 5, 2024As beautiful as this apartment is and as convenient of a location, the property manager does not care about taking care of maintenance requests. My apartment was not move in ready with holes in the ceiling. They did repair that but I have been here since April of this year. In 6 months I have had termites, and countless leaks causing major damage. The water damage caused the drywall to literally fall. I have had leaks in every room in the apartment. They do not fulfill requests in a timely matter ...and maintenance makes promises to come and doesn’t show up. I still have a leak in the same spot the drywall well and now more damage is surfacing above my window. This is now a concern for mold.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 12, 2015Love it here at Scottsdale Shadows. My wife and I have lived here 7 years. It is a nice quiet gated community, 3 pools, garage, 9 hole par 3 golf course with patrol security too.Review from Apartments.com
