Crime-infested complex
December 22, 2017You DO NOT want to live here. garages get broken into - cars get broken into. It's not safe here. The management could care less about you as a tenant and could care less about the upkeep of this place. There's dog poop everywhere! There's always people digging through the dumpsters. It's on a busy/loud street and college kids tend to have parties quite often. There's some great people that live here - the neighbors are great, but most of us are just feed up with how we are being treated. My apartment has everything I want
September 1, 2015When I was looking for an apartment I had a very specific list of must-haves that was proving to be very difficult to fulfill. Most apartment units would offer one or two of the things on my list but Seapointe offered everything! I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment with central air, washer/dryer and a garage. The rooms are gigantic! I have a king sized bed in my room along with 3 dressers and 2 nightstands and I still have plenty of room to move around. There is plenty of storage space as ...each room has two closets (one wall closet and one walk-in). The kitchen is small but it’s certainly larger than most apartment kitchens. The unit has a gas burning fireplace and the landscaping is kept up outside so the view is also nice. The complex also has a pool and Jacuzzi which is a bonus! The staff has been friendly and helpful and will address any maintenance issues as quickly as possible. I would recommend Seapointe to anyone that is as picky as I am about where they live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
