Very nice condo managed poorly
August 13, 2016My husband and I moved in here 3 months ago. So far it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. We enjoy our unit and the view of the Pacific Ocean from it. The only thing we do not like about living here so far is that the maintenance staff as well as the office staff do not follow up or do what they tell you they will do. Had 4 problems when we moved in and am still trying to get the problems addressed. Took 2 months to get proper light bulbs for kitchen lighting. Had none when we moved in. Had a ...leak under the sink in bathroom. Maintenance came, stopped the leak and now the plunger/stopper doesn't work. We have no a.c. so windows are important and the one in our master bath is broken. Jose the head maintenance person came and looked at it. Said he would be back the next day to fix it and we haven't seen him since. Our main living area has 2 big scrapes across 70% of the room. This was done on brand new flooring before we moved in. An appointment was scheduled for the floor to be replaced. No one ever showed up and when we called the office to inquire about it Kristen said she would look into it and call us back. Haven't heard anything again. We had confirmed this appt. with Matt the day before and he assured us it was all set. So what they pattern has been is that staff tells you whatever is good in the moment and then does nothing.
