Nice price for the amount of space. But some people are not nice there.

Getting into the place was a great experience. Getting things repaired wasn't. After living there 2 years being told that my lease would not be renewed and offered no reason as to why. I'm pretty sure it was because I told Linda the manager that her maintenance guy was a creep 2 weeks prior. I also found out while living there that if someone has lived there longer than you then they can have you put out if they don't like you. One of the elder tenants said that she had this done before. I asked ...

shortly after moving in to move in to a space with a loft if one came available the 2 in my building came available twice after I asked. The manager never contacted me about any other options after my asking. The space is nice for the price but the cold shoulder clicks are not. Never missed a rent payment and never late, no explanation as to why just get out. SMH

I loved living here! They don't accept dogs, which is great for me as I don't have one and don't like barking, etc. neighbors were quite and everybody minded their own business. Linda, manager, was great.
