Old wiring and hardly maintenance done
August 18, 2020My internet always went down in these apartments. I paid a cox specialist to come out and inspect my connection because of how often it went down. Turns out the wiring in the building was really old and it didn’t matter that I was paying for good internet because the wired were not equipped to handle it. it would go down almost every 2 days or less. One time bees also nested in a crack of the building and they built a hive that led bees to our second bedroom. August 5, 2018The management to this complex is horrible. Do not move in here. You will be charge with something new every rent cycle. They will harass you for ur money with threats. Such as not accepting your rent and having you accumulate rent fees till eviction... she will tell you that to your face if she dislikes you the slightest... really unprofessional personal DO NOT LEES HERE!!!Review from Apartments.com
Bathroom
July 23, 2018I called and spoke to the manger (Edna) about my bathroom because are bottom tiles have fallen off and now mold is showing. My husband called on 7/16/18 because no one came and the front desk lady stated there was no order. She did put an order in. My husband called again on 7/19/18 and was told by the manager that someone will be there on Friday. Well, today is Monday 7/23/18 and still no one has come to look at the problem and when I spoke to the manger today. She stated she cannot give me a ...time frame. We have been at these apartments for over six years. I love the area and my neighbors that’s why we been here so long. Getting better
July 19, 2018Moving day was a little rough. They are older apartments and maintenance dropped the ball on getting everything ready (yet told the office it was ready). That being said however, the ladies in the office were on point. They had maintenance in my apartment immediately to take care of the issues. They are friendly and their customer service in the office is impeccable. There are still a few minor issues to fix, but they are working with me to take care of them. The property is under new management ...and is making strides to improve everyone's living experience there.
