I moved in about two months ago and so far so good! The staff is extremely helpful - from helping me bring in a super heavy package to locking my door when I forgot to when I was out of town. The office staff has made the moving transition smooth and have been avilable whenever I have needed them. The apartment itself- I am in a unit that is a bit outdated (due to the move in time they didn't have time to remodel). I would say about 80% of the apartments are remodeled and look very nice! When my wife and I leaned that we were moving to Colorado springs we were anxious and excited having even been down to the city before. This new city was a three hour drive so we packed up and headed down with hope and a prayer that we could find "the one". After wasting two days drinking around all if the springs we finally found refugee at the Sky at Bear Creek apartments. The staff was the first thing that told me we had found a good home.
