Love How Quite Olive Tree is
April 13, 2016I absolutely love how quite it is here. I used to live at a building down the street and there was always people yelling and screaming this place is nice and quite and I love that. There is a beautiful pool I don't go swimming much waiting for it to get warmer but can't wait to use it this summer. The management is always nice and they gave me a deal when I moved in I would recommend this complex to everyone :)Review from Apartments.com

September 3, 2015I'd like to say this is a nice place to live, but it isn't anymore. They take in people from Help of So. NV now, who bring in bedbugs and bad habits, including noise and unsanitary conditions. There is a nice pool however and sometimes mgmt. actually cleans up around here. Eventually, there will be no more regular people living here to enjoy it here.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015When I was ready to move from a lifetime of big houses to a cheap apartment I searched hundreds of ads, and visited more than 20 places before finding my new home. I toured huge rabbit warren megacomplexes teeming with noise and kids to converted home garages and found them all lacking. Finally, when viewing a run down, bug infested old complex I spotted Olive Tree across the street at the end of the block. It looked more modern, clean, quiet and neat, so I walked over. With a total of 48 ...refurbished units, a mix of 500 square foot studios and 700 square foot 1 bedrooms, they offered the same incentives I found elsewhere, so made my decision, and have been happy ever since.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
