Great Place but Hit or Miss...

This building is nice with a rooftop deck that has tremendous views even to Manhattan. It has a workout room and the management/concierge/front desk staff are great and really nice. The rooms are spacious and the building is set up well with the trash rooms for each floor. It is right across the street from the NJ Transit station. Community. However, it is the owners in their condos that do not need to follow the community rules and get away with doing whatever they want including making loud noises such as banging, hammering or whatever else for whatever reason at any time of day. Speaking with management, they cannot do anything about this and suggest to call the police. Speaking with other tenants, it seems to be 1 out of every 4 have noise issues depending on the floor. I like the place but it is hit or miss with the apartment you get. If it weren't for the noise, i would give this 5 stars but sometimes it is very annoying and unbearable. You cannot go to the tenants on other floors since your key only works for your floor - a plus for security purposes. Oh well, it is what it is.
