HORRIBLE HOA
June 22, 2023The building is very old and they elevators are no longer being manufactured and parts are very hard to get. They break all the time. They will have to be replaced at some point in the near future. The plumbing is very old and pipes are always bursting which results in plumbing being turned off all the time. There will be huge assessments to homeowners in the future. There is no place to relieve your pets without walking on the very hot pavement. High turnover in management. The security ...staff is great, Gregory and Aaron are amazing. Lots of great people here as well and great location but I would never buy in here.
