Professional The maintenance request was so prompt, my tiolet was clogged I made the call about 5Pm got home 5:30 5:45 the maintenance specialist was ringing my door and completed the work smooth quickly

A place I can call home! I’ve been staying here for 5 years and experiencing a number of property management changes. I’ve never run into any major issues here and every maintenance ticket I submitted was handled timely and professionally.
However, recently I’ve been smelling weeds and party noise after 10pm more often. I hope the management can start to take some action.

While relocating to the area, Sofi Riverview Park had all of the things that I was seeking in a home away from home.
1. Location: Safe family-oriented community and neighbors with walkable trails and parks. Also walkable distance from public transportation and community shopping areas.
2. Unit: Appropriately priced for the area and space. Included my must-haves: a. walk-in closet, b. close garage, and c.large balcony that not too close to neighbors.
3. Amenities: Enough for the size of the ...
