My girlfriend, and i moved into the community at the beginning of 2022. We have lived in other apartments, however this apartment, and the community was the best one to live at. There aren’t any negatives about this place.
1. A nice quiet gated community.
2. Never had any noise problems.
3. Apartment we lived in, two bedroom, was more than perfect for our needs.
4. The amenities were amazing. A wonderful pool, and jacuzzi. Gas grills that were there when we needed to use them. Beautiful ...
scenery within as well.
5. Nice people within the community.
6. We felt safe in the community.
7. Maintenance was very quick to respond, and helpful if we ever needed them.
8. We never had any issues regarding leaks, bugs, noise, or structural problems.
9. The area was taken care of, and looked wonderful thanks to the mowers who worked hard to keep the place looking wonderful.
10. The staff at somerset was extremely kind, and helpful to us. Including Community Director Janeen, who went above and beyond to help us if we ever needed it.
All in all, we highly recommend this place if you are looking to live in a wonderful community, with great people, and great apartments. -Ian M.

I am a newly married and a father of a 2 year old and a 2 week old and finding somewhere that was safe for my wife and children was important. This apartment has been a God send and i love everything about it. Not only is it quiet and nice, the staff here is amazing and you can tell they care about your happiness here. I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family!

This is a great building for you if you want to be in the middle of all the action. It's near cultural attractions such as theatres, art centers, theme parks and the Pacific Ocean. The common areas are well-manicured and has a pool, jacuzzi and barbecue dining spots. You can enjoy small, college-town life as well as big city entertainment and events.

I've lived here for about 4 years n it's been mostly nice. Only thing is that we see spiders quite often in our home. Management sent us the exterminator couple of times but it didn't help. Other than that, we are satisfied. we like the new management team. Location is pretty convenient.

It's a great place to live. It's very convenient since the complex is close to downtown Redlands and being accessible to the I-10. The rent is affordable given its location. The housing service and the office employees were friendly and hospitable. Overall, the living experience here is very enjoyable and I hope that it continue to stay that way.

This apartment is a very awesome place to live. Once you stay here, it's hard to move or find another place. The staff is very friendly and warmth. The manager has a variety of program for the tenants. There's always fun activities to go to if u are feeling bored. The workers always keep the environment clean at all times. The management here is easy to reach and very helpful when it comes to repairs/questions. The rent is fair, as are the utilities. We've always been happy with our neighbors, as the management here does a great job of notifying any residents who are breaking noise curfew. You're given plenty of notice anytime they need to do an inspection or regular maintenance. The maintenance crew is professional, timely and kind. The grounds are well kept and residents are encouraged to contribute to the ...

At Somerset, the staff is kind and professional, the grounds are nicely kept, and I have yet to meet a nasty neighbor. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues and is very helpful. My family has been here for about six months now and have had a great experience. It is definitely a family environment and I am so glad we decided on this apartment.

This was is my first time living away from home, got married fairly recent and this was the last place we looked. Visited a lot of apartments but none had the atmosphere I felt here, it's very quiet and the staff here is amazing! I'm going on my second year living here and I will recommend it to anyone!
