I just love the community feel that is at Southern Oaks. This property is nice, clean and I feel safe. Security is always there when needed!!

The apartment manager Miss Sanders is very nice lady and is concerned and cares about the property and tenants in Southern Oaks. The grounds are kept clean, lawn is cut frequently, maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, the apartments are well kept and rather attractive, and there's no tolerance for ANY rif raff (trouble makers). We even have a Shreveport Police officer that patrols the property daily and a neighborhood watch commitee.Needless to say, I haven't had ANY issues or ...
disturbances since I've moved in on January 1st of 2020. I am very pleased that we have an apartment manger that shows concern and works diligently to keep the residents feeling safe, comfortable, and at home. I'd gladly recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends or family because it is affordable, clean, safe, and a secure living environment.

This is an excellent place to stay. I have been a resident of Southern Oaks for 13 years and the office manager Jeronica is an amazing manager of Southern Oaks Apartments. She screens everyone that tries to live over in these Apartments. She make sure our children are safe and she treats them as her own. We have security over in these apartments. The maintenance department is awesome as well. They make sure everything is done and nothing breaks down on you. If they have to come in the middle of ...
the night they will come to make sure everything is okay. If you are looking for a family oriented apartment complex this would be the choice.
