Shower head plumbing repair I would like to greatly thank the maintenance crew of Southwind Villas. Not only did they fix my shower
plumbing issue in a very timely manner but they also went above and beyond the main maintenance request and installed my new rain fall shower head. I also appreciated the nice note that they left behind informing me of the completed and closed out trouble ticket since I was not home at the time. Wonderful apartments I want to thank the maintenance in the office workers. For helping get my refrigerator taken care of. It was in very bad shape and worked efficiently to do what they could to help. Take care of it. Thank you again so very very much.

Incredible staff Very kind and responsive staff. On site is 5/5 - property management/ownership is 3/5. Quite outdated to be considered luxury. Very relict approve essential repairs.
