November 15, 2024I understand that apartments need they rent money. In the policy it stated that late fee is charged after the 5th. They will harass you on the 2nd 3rd of the month and 4th of the month they knocking on ur door “ LEASING OFFICE THIS IS LISIA IM DEBT COLLECTOR” . She knocked twice and came in the unit! Please don’t stay here because, sometimes people ok with taking late fee but you don’t have harass me and come my unit !Review from Apartments.com
CRIME MAGNET BEWARE
November 13, 2024I wish I could say my experience here was positive, but since moving in July, things have taken a serious downturn. Police are on-site two to three times a week, making arrests regularly. The complex is filled with people smoking on their balconies, and the smell frequently seeps into apartments. We've even had to call 911 due to confrontations with neighbors. While the leasing (Jasmine) and maintenance teams have been outstanding and genuinely helpful, it's impossible to ignore the severe ...safety and quality-of-life issues here.
