I enjoyed my almost two year time living in this property. It was peaceful and maintenance staff are responsive and very helpful. The leasing agent should be given a raise. She runs the property very well and works very hard too.

Mice Infestation in units & Poor Customer Care

Literally if you don’t have a modern unit expect mice, bugs, loud noises, and poor HVAV. Due to trash not being dumped regularly you’ll be able to see mice roaming eating trash and then finding their way inside your home. Think customer service cares? No they do not, they do not even make every attempt to fix issues. They barely answer the phones and make you leave messages with the answering service that may or may not be addressed. It’s affordable but you pay the price in quality here. Look ...

Amazing place to live

I have lived in this community for 3 years. It is a quiet neighborhood the staff is friendly and treat you like family. The parking is ample and all the apartments have spacious bedrooms and washers and dryers. There are a few problems though, for example the maintenance staff is small so it takes them a while to get to your issues, there isn't a playground so the kids play in the building which is loud and there isn't much storage space in the apartment, I .E not enough cabinets in the kitchen ...

and some apartments don't have any outdoor storage. I love my complex though. If you are single, married or have one child this is a perfect community.

This staff from the office to the maintenance staff wonderful it was great experience from the application process lot move in. They are in a wonderful spot not to far from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area as well. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place with great staff.

Live here and work in DC. Everything you could ever need is within 10 minutes. It's located right between DC and Baltimore. It's right next to I-95. It's 15 minutes from the casino. There is a golf course within walking distance. We love it here.

I've lived here for 2 years now and have renewed my lease. I love living here! It's quiet and peaceful. They are very pet friendly and its a great neighborhood for taking walks. It's also close to a lot of shopping places. The maintenance and management have always been friendly and quick to respond to my needs. I don't have problems with hearing neighbors through the walls either. The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is. But otherwise, it really is a great place to live. :)
