Great place to live in

Mice Infestation in units & Poor Customer Care
November 20, 2020Literally if you don’t have a modern unit expect mice, bugs, loud noises, and poor HVAV. Due to trash not being dumped regularly you’ll be able to see mice roaming eating trash and then finding their way inside your home. Think customer service cares? No they do not, they do not even make every attempt to fix issues. They barely answer the phones and make you leave messages with the answering service that may or may not be addressed. Amazing place to live
August 13, 2015I have lived in this community for 3 years. It is a quiet neighborhood the staff is friendly and treat you like family. The parking is ample and all the apartments have spacious bedrooms and washers and dryers. There are a few problems though, for example the maintenance staff is small so it takes them a while to get to your issues, there isn't a playground so the kids play in the building which is loud and there isn't much storage space in the apartment, I .E not enough cabinets in the kitchen ...and some apartments don't have any outdoor storage. They are in a wonderful spot not to far from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area as well. August 16, 2015Live here and work in DC. Everything you could ever need is within 10 minutes. It's located right between DC and Baltimore. It's right next to I-95. It's 15 minutes from the casino. There is a golf course within walking distance. We love it here.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live!
August 15, 2015I've lived here for 2 years now and have renewed my lease. I love living here! It's quiet and peaceful. They are very pet friendly and its a great neighborhood for taking walks. It's also close to a lot of shopping places. The maintenance and management have always been friendly and quick to respond to my needs. I don't have problems with hearing neighbors through the walls either. The only thing I don't like is how expensive it is.
